Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. It applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty is valid only within the United States and does not apply to international purchases.
2. Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence.
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage, fading, or discoloration.
- Damage caused by improper storage, handling, or maintenance.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resellers, or third-party marketplaces not approved by the manufacturer.
- Loss or theft of the product.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, flood, or other external factors beyond our control.
3. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:
- Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).
- Contact customer support at warranty@two3sevens.com.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue and, if required, supporting photos or videos.
If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product,
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value, or
- Issue a refund (only if repair or replacement is not feasible).
4. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product under the terms of this warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of use.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for properly maintaining and using the product according to the provided instructions. Failure to do so may void this warranty.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This warranty is governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts within the applicable state jurisdiction. Consumers may also have rights under state laws that vary by state.
7. Changes to Warranty Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or terminate this warranty at any time without prior notice. The most current terms will always be available on our website or upon request.
